About Me
I have been in private practice since 2013. Worked primarily with individuals needing support dealing with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression and offering parents tools for effective parenting.
After getting certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy in 2018, (a ground breaking scientifically proven intervention), my focus became couples and families while still working with individuals.
I believe in the power of compassionate care and aim to create a safe space for clients to process emotions and make sense of their ongoing struggles.
My faith is in Jesus Christ. As a Christian, I offer bible based truths for individuals who desire their faith weaved into therapy.

I utilize EFT for all my work. In working with couples I help couples notice, interrupt and ultimately stop the reoccurring cycle of distressful interactions that lead to isolation and disconnection.
I also use Brainspotting as a remarkable intervention in addressing trauma head on. Brainspotting provides a way to uncover blocks and help heal trauma.
